Rates are per night
| We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total rate of your stay to secure your booking. You balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, including 13% lodging taxes and a refundable $1000 damage deposit. Cancellations made greater than 60 days prior to arrival, half of the required funds are refundable; less than 60 days, refunds are only issued if we are able to re-rent the residence for the same dates. |
