| Rates do not include 13% bed tax or a security deposit of $1000 which is refunded after departure if no loss or damages. Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a $350 cleaning fee. Deposit of 50% is due to confirm booking. Final payment, plus tax and security deposit, is due 60 days before arrival.
